914R

914R Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter

The 914R is an intelligent HART level transmitter designed to detect liquid or solid levels in vessels. The 30 301 sends and receives radio frequency pulses through the probe using guided wave radar (GWR) techniques for the purpose of level detection. These pulses travel down the probe until the product surface is reached and are then reflected and received back at the device. Using Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) principles, the 914R is able to effectively calculate the level of the measured product from these received pulses. The 914R level information can be output as a user configurable 4-20mA signal or monitored remotely via the HART protocol.

  • Guided wave radar level transmitter.

  • Low maintenance, auto calibrated references.

  • Easy installation, directly in tanks or auxiliary vessels.

  • HART technology provides ease of setup and diagnostics during operation.

  • Easy installation, 1 1/2 “NPT thread enables numerous options.
